  • Certificate of Civil Status from the Applicant’s Embassy or Consulate in the UAE
  • If already married Muslim [for Males only], written Consent of First Wife authenticated by applicant’s Embassy or Consulate in the UAE
  • FOR UAE NATIONALS only: written consent from parents notarized by a local lawyer and, if already married, written Consent by First Wife, also notarized by a local lawyer
  • 2 new passport-size photos and 2 copies of valid passport
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the UAE Police
  • Certificate of No Objection to Marry from the employer TO INCLUDE information on Salary, years of service or employment
  • Joint Affidavit of 2 witnesses of the same nationality as applicant

  • Report of birth of the infant/child needs to be accomplished by the Filipino parent(s) at the Consulate General
Required Documents:
  • Birth Certificate issued by the UAE Ministry of Health, duly stamped by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs with English translation and 6 photocopies;
  • 6 photocopies of the passport of each parent;
  • Authenticated marriage contract of parents with 6 photocopies;
  • After processing the documents at the Consular Section, the parent(s) need to submit the 5 photocopies of the documents mentioned above to the Releasing Section together with the original Birth Certificate of the infant/ child while 1 set of photocopied documents will be used for the Enrolment process (see Philippine Passports Section for First-Time Applicants)

    Processing:

    • Ten (10) Working Days excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays;
    • Fees:   AED 260 (Single Entry)
    Requirements:
    • Personal appearance of applicant;
    • Duly accomplished visa application form
    • Two (2) recent passport-sized photos (not more than six months old);
    • Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months;
    • Submit photocopy of UAE residence visa with English translation done by a legal translator.  UAE visa must be valid for at least six (6) months;
    • Letter of Guarantee from employer/company sponsor stating and/or certifiying the following:
    • >  Position and/or designation of applicant
      >  Inclusive period of applicant's employment with company/sponsor
      >  Monthly salary

      Note:  If applicant is a business proprietor or partner, present original and submit copy with English translation of the trade license and proprietor or partner in the business entity indicated in the visa application form;

    • Invitation letter from Philippine sponsor/contact person or company with a copy of the sponso'rs passport or any identification card/document;
    • Proof of financial capacity for international travel such as salary certificate, bank statement;
    • Hotel Booking Reservation/Airplane Ticket;

    Additional Requirements:

    • If applicant is traveling for recruitment purposes, present original and submit photocopy of the Job Order and SPA verified/attested by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office in the UAE and the Philippine Consulate General;
    • If applicant is travelling for medical treatment, submit medical certificate attested by the UAE Ministry of Health and a letter of acceptance from Physician or Medical Institution in the Philippines;
    • If applicant is married to a Filipino citizen, submit photocopy of the marriage contract with a copy of the spouse's passport/ID;
    • If applicant is a minor and not employed:
    • a) Copy of the birth certificate (in English) and passport copies or IDs of parents or guardian;
      b) Letter from parents or legal guardian guaranteeing that the applicant will have the parents'/guardian's financial support for international travel.  This guarantee must be supported by documents certifying the sponsor's or guardian's financial capacity such as an employment/salary certificate, bank statement or trade license.

    NOTE: The accomplished visa application form and the documents required are evaluated and prior to approval, there may be other requirements needed depending on the result of the initial evaluation.  Applications with incomplete documents submitted will not be processed.
